Ben Heslop, founder of Blank Wall Assassins, talks about his passion for engaging people with culture through public art and the power of placemaking through people engaging with their surroundings. He traces his journey in Carlisle from one wall that accidentally became a movement to over 20 pieces across the city. The journey is far from over: the landscape is always changing.
