The Pantanal : Matt Andrews

The Pantanal is an extensive tropical wetland area in South America, possibly holding the most diverse range of rare and unusual creatures on earth. Matt takes us all the way down the Transpantaneira Road from Cuiaba for 100 miles looking at the wonderful and myriad forms of wildlife found here and finally down to Porto Joffre and the Cuiaba River to find the elusive ‘el onca-pintada’ (the majestic Jaguar), the third largest and least seen big cat on the planet and the most feared of South America’s predators.
